Obituary of Adela V Biernacki Adela V. Biernacki, 91, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at Medina Memorial Hospital. She was born in Albion, NY the daughter of Stanley and Rose Bielicki and has lived in this area all of her life. She was the former Owner of Ed & Del's Restaurant and also developed and owned the Gaines Basin Par 3 Golf Course, now Scottish Pines. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and Holy Family Parish. She was also a member of the former St. Mary's Rosary Society. She loved cats, took great pride in gardening, enjoyed playing golf as well as feeding the birds. She was predeceased by her husband Edward S. Biernacki in 1993. She is survived by 2 Children, Walter (Susi) Biernacki of Fl and Daughter Margaret (Edwin) Washak of Medina; 3 Grandchildren, James (Christine) Washak, Lori Poole, Denise (Terry) Turman; 6 Great Grandchildren; Sister-In-Law, Reggie Bielicki and several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her Brothers, Peter, Bernard, Frank, Chester; Sister, Balbina Bloom. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, February 19, 2012 from 4-7pm at Merrill-Grinnell Funeral Home, 12 Ingersoll Street Albion. Her mass of Christian burial will be Monday, February 20, 2012 at Holy Family Parish at 10am with Reverend Richard Csizmar officiating. Interment will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the , PAWS of Albion or charity of choice.
