Adelaide A. MacFarland

Obituary of Adelaide A. MacFarland Kent: Adelaide A. MacFarland, 89, died peacefully at her home April 10, 2017. Adelaide was born April 16, 1927 in Rochester, NY a daughter of the late William and Matilda Boillat. Adelaide had lived in the area most of her life and was a former employee of Cornell Cooperative Extension. Mrs. MacFarland was a great mother who loved to cook and was always concerned for others welfare.
She was predeceased by her husband, Douglas; son, Steven and daughter-in-law Linda. She is survived by her sons, Douglas (Inda) MacFarland, Sidney MacFarland, Raymond (Patricia) MacFarland and Timothy (Carole) MacFarland; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Boillat and Paula MacFarland; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Thursday April 13, from 1:00-2:00 at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 W. Avenue, Albion, where her Funeral Service will follow at 2:00pm. Interment will be in Sandy Creek Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Orleans, P.O. Box 489, Albion, NY 14411.
