Alan C. McGee, age 80, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2024 in the Hospice Unit at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. He was born September 15, 1943 in Batavia, NY, a son of James McGee and Evalena (Galliford) McGee.
Alan was predeceased by his parents, his brother, Roger McGee and brother-in-law Eldred (Chet) Wheelock.
He is survived by his sister, Audrey Wheelock, age 94, of Brockport, NY; sister-in-law, Betty McGee of Columbia, MD; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Alan worked for over 30 years at the Orleans Enterprises ARC Workshop in Albion, NY. He was an avid bowler and sports fan.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at Stafford Rural Cemetery, Transit Road, Stafford, NY 14143.
