Alfred Batt

Obituary of Alfred Batt (MEDINA) Alfred “Alfie” Batt, age 80 of Orchard Manor Nursing Home, died 12/18/2017 after a brief illness. Alfie was born 9/16/1937 in Albion to Fred and Doris Batt and was a life-long resident of this area. He enjoyed his many friends at the ARC of Orleans and the Orchard Manor Nursing Home. He will be remember for his love of all animals. He especially loved visiting the 4-H Fair and showing his cat in the 4-H Alumni Show. Mr. Batt was predeceased by several relatives including his brother: Gordon and “Buddy” the dog at the nursing home. A private service and interment will held at the convenience of the family in Mt. Albion Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the ARC of Orleans, 122 Caroline Street, Albion, NY, 14411 or the 4-H Youth Programs Positive Development & Mentoring Organization, 12690 Rt.31, Albion, NY, 14411.
