Alther Lipscomb

Obituary of Alther Lipscomb Albion: Alther L. Lipscomb age 69, died suddenly January 18, 2014 at Medina Memorial Hospital. She was born May 20, 1944 in Marion Arkansas a daughter of the late Luther and Rena (Barnes) Sain and had lived in this area most of her life. She was a former employee of Black and Decker in Brockport. Alther enjoyed family gatherings and spending time with loved ones.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Michael, brother, Luther Jr., sister, Catherine Reams. She is survived by her husband, AJ Lipscomb, daughter, Yvonne Sain-Saddler; sons, Anthony Lipscomb, Rodney Lipscomb, Erik Lipscomb all of Albion; grandchildren, Christopher (Jessica) Saddler, Alther (Joseph Bennett) Saddler, Elissa Davies, Tia Lipscomb; great-grandchildren, Laveah Saddler, Christopher Saddler, Triston Saddler, Dayana Morley; sister, Dorothy Lipscomb of AR; and a host of relatives and friends.
Alther's Funeral Service will be held at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 W. Avenue, Albion, Friday January 24, at 11:00am. Interment will be in Mt. Albion Cemetery. Visitation
