Alton M. “Mo” LaForme, died February 9, 2025 unexpectedly at his residence. He was born December 3, 1960 in Medina to Edward and Barbara (Smith) LaForme and had lived in this area all of his life.
Mo was a United States Veteran of the Air Force, and a Tribal Member of the Mississaugas of the Credit 1st Nation. He enjoyed fishing, going to the Casino, scratch-off tickets and was a loving family man, especially when it came to his grandchildren…as they lit up his life. Mr. LaForme was predeceased by his father.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years Lori, his mother: Barbara LaForme of Lockport, his children: Ren (Keeley) LaForme of Buffalo, Corey (Cassie) LaForme of FL, his brothers: Christopher (Shannon) LaForme of Middleport, Joseph (Beth) LaForme of Lockport, his sisters: Lauri Boyd of Lockport, Karen (Joseph) Flagler of Lockport, Janice Rosselli of Barker, brother-in-law: Vincent Rosselli of Brockport, his beloved grandsons: Augie and Conlin, his cherished pets: Finn, Marshmallow and Ash as well as several nieces and nephews.
There will be no calling hours. Service and interment in Hartland Central Cemetery will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
