Amanda Rose Katsanis

Obituary of Amanda Rose Katsanis Amanda Rose Katsanis,11 of N. Main St. Albion, died August 3, 2007, in an accident at home. Amanda was a student at Ronald L. Sodoma Elementary School from Pre-K to 5th grade, where she played in the band and she was eagerly acticipating entry into Middle School in the fall, especially taking part in the Explorer Program. Those close to Amanda knew her as bright, warm and generous. She would always help where she saw need, most recently as a volunteer at PAWS this summer. Amanda loved all animals but especially ducks. She enjoyed reading, drawing and video games and she was learning to bake at home. But Amanda mostly did not care what the activity was as long as she did it with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed, especially by her parents, Susan Nash and Gary Katsanis, as well as her sisters Laura & Rachel, the Nash and Katsanis families in Maryland and Sotheran Pennsylvania, as well as spread across the country.
