Obituary of Rev. Ardell G. Gould (ORCHARD PARK/ALBION/SILVER LAKE) Rev. Ardell G. Gould, age 81, formerly of Albion, died July 29, 2007 at his summer residence on Silver Lake. He was born in Syracuse July 17, 1926 to P. Gordon and Ethel(Ginter)Gould and had lived in this area most of his life. Pastor Gould was an Ordained United Methodist Minister serving multiple churches in the Central PA Conference before serving in the Western New York Conference at the following churches: Dickersonville, Niagara Falls-Albright, East Rochester-Parkside, Jamestown-Kidder Memorial, Albion-1st United Methodist, and many Interim Pastorates following his retirement in 1992. Ardell was also a member of the Free and Accepted Masons holding the degree of Grand Chaplain of the Niagara Orleans District. He served as a Trustee for over 50 years and also a term as President of the Silver Lake Institute. Rev. Gould also enjoyed woodcarving, coin collecting and fishing with his grandchildren. Ardell will be remembered for being family-oriented and for being a loving, kind, and compassionate man.
