Obituary of Arthur J. Kaminski (CLARENDON)
Arthur J. Kaminski, age 69 of Clarendon, died 1/17/2017 in Unity Hospital following a long illness. He was born 3/7/1947 in Albion to John Anthony (Sr.) and Nellie (Smyth) Kaminski and was a life-long resident of this area. Arthur was a United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of the American Legion and the VFW. He also belonged to the Grace Baptist Church of Brockport and the Coast Guard Auxiliary. Arthur served 29 years as a Town of Clarendon Board member and served as the Chairman of the Zoning Board. He enjoyed boating, fishing, bird-watching and in particular, loved his grandchildren with all his heart and soul. Mr. Kaminski was predeceased by his brothers: John Anthony Kaminski Jr., Joseph Kaminski, and sisters: Gloria and Mary Kaminski. He is survived by his wife Jacqueline, sons: Zachary (Nyan Tinkous) Kaminski of Byron, Cody (Maryalice) Kaminski of Gates, daughter: Tiffani (Scott DeAngelis) Kaminski of RI, 4 grandchildren: Connor, Hunter, Rhiannon, Ryder as well as many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 16650 State Route 31-Holley, FRIDAY from 4-7 p.m. where his Funeral Service will be held SATURDAY at 10 a.m. Interment with Military Honors will follow in Hillside Cemetery.
