Obituary of Arthur H. Webber (Medina) Arthur H. Webber age 67 died May 26, 2016 at Buffalo General Hospital surrounded by his wife, brother and sister. He was born December 8, 1948 in Brockport, a son of Arthur E. R. and the late Edith (Allison) Webber and had lived in this area for most of his life. Arthur had graduated from Brockport High School in 1968 and after, served in the US Army during the Vietnam Era. He loved music, especially blue grass, old country and rock and roll; he played the bass guitar in the band Defiance. He loved to ride his motorcycle and travel and after his retirement he and his wife took a 5 week road trip across the country. Arthur worked as a heavy equipment operator for IUOE Local #832 and then worked for St. Gobain as a material handler. In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by his sister Kathy and his half brother Marvin Stefko. He is survived by his wife Janet (Bird) of 40 years; his brother Michael (Charmaine C.) Webber of Albion; his sister Terry Webber of Brockport; his father Arthur; 2 nephews Jimmy Potter, Clint Newbould and several cousins. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 16650 State Rte. 31 Holley on Saturday June 4th from 2-4 where his Memorial Service will follow at 4:00pm followed by Full Military Honors. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Brockport. Memorials may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
