Barbara Gaylord

Obituary of Barbara Gaylord (Clarendon) Barbara J. Gaylord age 88, died November 18, 2013 at The Villages of Orleans. She was born June 30, 1925 in Clarendon, a daughter of the late Frank and Catherine (Spellman) Cole and had lived in this area all of her life. Barbara was a member of St. Mary's Church in Holley and graduated from Holley High School in 1943. She had worked as an assembly line worker at G.E. and Black and Decker in Brockport and she had also worked for 12 years as a school bus aide for the Holley Central School District. She was predeceased by her brothers Dan Cole, Francis "Tony" Cole and Foster Cole; her sisters Margo Menzies, Betty Broadbent and Marian Pridmore. She is survived by her son David (Tamara) Gaylord of Holley; grandchildren Kristi (Rich) Rozzi, Karrie Gaylord, Shannon (Michael) Parsons, Megan Gaylord; sisters-in-law Audrey Cole of Clarendon, Carol Cole of Brockport and several nieces, nephews and cousins. There are no prior calling hours. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday November 25th at 10:00am at St. Mary's Church. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Clarendon Fire Department. Visitation
