Barbara Ragusa

Obituary of Barbara Ragusa (WA) Barbara (Bower) Ragusa age 62, passed away January 8, 2020. Born in Lockport, she graduated from Roy Hart High School and attended Chabot College in CA for Art History. She was a gifted artist and worked for Loma Books for many years. She owned and operated a concession stand at the Sprint Car Races. Predeceased by father, William L. Bower. Survived by her mother, Lois (Bower) Pelletier, fiancé Lorenzo Torres of Mossyrock WA, sisters Billie Parker and her late husband Harold of Lockport, Jacquelyn (David) Cooper of Weeki Wachee FL; 13 nieces, 10 nephews and her beloved dog Khloe. Her Memorial Service will be held Sunday at 1:00pm at the Sherrie-Bream Funeral Home, 4521 Main St. Gasport NY 14067.
