Bernadette M. "Penny" Margis (Wilson)

Clarendon: Penny Margis, 70, passed away September 22, 2021 at Strong Memorial Hospital following a long illness. She was born August 31, 1951 in Rochester, NY the daughter of the late Raymond and Loretta (Kelly) Wilson Sr. Penny was a past member of the Clarendon Fire Co. Support Unit and a former employee of Eastman Kodak Co. Penny enjoyed camping, going to the races at Watkins Glenn Speedway and NASCAR. She loved all animals and sitting on the back porch watching the birds, especially Blue Jays and Yellow Finches.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Robert; daughter, Tiffany (Mike Wilson) Surowy; grandson, Kyle Surowy; aunt Rosemary Mintz and cousin Cheryl Barcomb; also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her brother Raymond Wilson Jr. and sister Sharon Fustaino.

The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 16650 State Route 31, on Sunday September 26, from 12:00-2:00pm followed by her funeral service at 2pm.
