Bertha K. Wells, age 90 of Hawthorne Drive, formerly of West Barre, died 9/29/10 in United Memorial Medical Center following a brief illness. She was born 4/5/1920 in Holley to Lawrence and Carrie(Sargent)Kennedy and had lived in this area all of her life. She was a 60+ year resident of West Barre where she belonged to the West Barre United Methodist Church including their Women's Group and the Quilting Club. Bertha enjoyed gardening, sewing, cooking and canning.
