Obituary of Betty Jean Goveia Medina: Betty Jean Goveia, age 82, passed away November 21, 2020 at her home. She was born April 16, 1938 in Medina to the late Albert and Florence (Geiger) Johnson. Betty spent a lot of time in her younger years around horses and even racing them at Batavia Downs. She loved going to flea markets, craft shows, doing crafts herself and her dogs. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, George Goveia, and her sister, Marie Young.
Betty is survived by several nephews, friends and many acquaintances. Services for Betty will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
