Obituary of Betty Moeller Betty J. Moeller of Middlleport passed away Sunday morning, February 8, 2015 at the Martin Linsin Hospice Residence in Albion,N. Y. Mrs. Moeller was born in Rockford, Illinois on October 10, 1925 daughter of the late Ivar and Florence (Lindstrom) Melin and she lived in Illinois most of her life. She moved to Middleport eleven years ago. She was employed as a bookkeeper for City National Bank in Rockford, Illinois. She and her husband Donald Moeller were married January 16, 1945 and he predeceased her in 2003. Mrs. Moeller was a member of the Salem Lutheran Church in Rockford and also a member of the Moose Club there and the Baltic Club. She enjoyed her family, sewing and gardening. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by a sister Helen Dahlgren. She is survived by two daughters Cathy (Joseph) Massaro of Middleport and Nancy (Brad) Lundahl of Illinois, six grandchildren Stacy (Mical) Gerber, Shawn Benjamin all of Middleport, Rebecca Adams of Illinois, Julia (Romano) Desimone of Florida, Jim (Lisa) Jefko and Michelle Lundahl all of Illinois. Also surviving are six great grandchildren. There will be no prior visitation. A Memorial Service will be held in Illinois at a later date. Memorials to the Martin Linsin Hospice Residence 14084 Rt. # 31 West, Albion, NY 14411 would be appreciated by the Moeller family.
