Bonnie Adduci

Obituary of Bonnie Adduci Albion: Bonnie L. Adduci age 65, passed away peacefully August 4, 2013 at Strong Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 13, 1948 in Albion a daughter of the late William and Patricia (Palmer) Ferris. Bonnie had lived in this area all her life and was a member of Holy Family Parish, Strickland Post V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary and St. Mary's Athletic Club. She was a graduate of Albion High School, class of 1965 and in 1983 graduated from Genesee Community College with her Registered Nursing degree. Bonnie was the nurse at the Ronald L. Sodoma Elementary School in Albion for the past six years and upon retirement in June 2013 her colleagues said they were lucky to have her become part of the team. She loved being around family and friends especially her grandchildren.
Predeceased by her husband Gary in 1995; brother William Foster Ferris Jr. in 1990. Survived by son Marc William Adduci; daughter Amy Lynne (Gregory) Freeman of Albion; grandchildren Chad Adduci of TX, Lauren, Anthony and William Freeman all of Albion; sister Connie Ferris of Albion; best friend Edward Jablonski of Albion; aunt Barbara Shineman of Oswego; sister-in-law Brenda (Philip) Knight of Albion; brother-in-law Martin (Patricia) Adduci of Machias NY; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 W. Avenue, Albion, Tuesday (TODAY) 5:00-8:00. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Parish-St. Joseph's Church, Wednesday at 10:00am. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Hoag Library 134 S.
