Calvin J. Warne

Obituary of Calvin J. Warne He was born January 4, 1926 in Clarendon a son of the late Frank & Dortha (Maxon) Warne. Cal was a Quarter Master First Class in the US Navy during WW II having served in the European & Pacific Theaters and was a D-Day Veteran. He was a life member and Past Commander of the Sheret Post #35 American Legion, V.F.W. Strickland Post, past Commander for Orleans County Veterans and was active for many years with the Military Honor Guard. He was a former Rural Employment Supervisor for the NYS Dept. of Labor. Cal was an avid golfer and was a former board member for the former Oak Orchard Country Club.
