Obituary of Carol A. Williams Born in Niagara Falls on September 2, 1937, she was a daughter of Philip Bacon and Jessie (Thompkins) Bacon. She was a lifetime resident of this area and was a member of the Albion Free Methodist Church and led the Ladies Fellowship group of that church.
