Obituary of Cecelia E. Flansburg Cecelia “Cece” Ellen Flansburg, Diva, Princess, passed away Saturday August 12th 2017 at Strong Memorial Hospital. She was surrounded by her loving family. Cece was born November 2, 1949 in Rochester the daughter of the late George and Catherine (Costello) Flansburg. Cece was a proud and devoted member of St. Mary's parish in Holley and she was very passionate about her lrish heritage. She loved to sing play bingo do scratch offs, go out to dinner and socialize with family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents George and Catherine Flansburg, brothers George and John and her sister Dr. Kathy Flansburg Sinel. Cece is survived by her brother Gerard Flansburg of Holley, special friend Fr. Mark Noonan, the staff of Arc Orleans County Hamilton St. and Stork St., where she received outstanding and loving care for over 25 Years, as well as several loving nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes Inc. 16650 State Rte. 31 HOLLEY on Friday August 18th 2-6. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday August 19th at St. Mary’s Church in Holley at 9:00am. Burial will be in St. Rose Cemetery in Lima.
