Cecelia E. Poprawski, age 85, formerly of E. Lee Road, died June 9, 2009 in The Village of Orleans. She was born April 19, 1924 in Potsdam, NY to John and Flora(Norman)McDonald and had lived in this area for most of her life. Mrs. Poprawski was a member of Holy Family Parish-St. Joseph's Church, enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and playing bingo. She was a loving mother and worked hard raising her family.
