Obituary of Charles H. Mele Charles H. Mele age 63, died June 10, 2011. He was born May 22, 1948 in Albion a son of the late Alfonso and Domenica (Nenni) Mele. He was a member of St. Mary's R.C. Church. Charlie was a life member of the Holley Rod & Gun Club. He was the current Fire Commissioner of the Fancher, Hulberton, Murray Fire District, past Fire Chief of the F.H.M Fire Co. and past Orleans County Fire Investigator. Charlie coached youth baseball for many years, but his favorite pastime was his Garlic Farm.
