Charles F. Warney

Holley: Charles F. “Charlie” Warney, age 64, passed away after a long illness on July 30, 2023. He was born August 28, 1958 in Rochester, NY to the late Eugene and Lillian (Dodson) Warney.

Charlie was a mechanic by trade as was able to fix anything and everything and enjoyed working on his 1964 Chevy Bel Air. He was an avid Buffalo Bills fan and his greatest love was spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings, Eugene, Helen and mother-in-law, Jeanette Kelly.

Charlie is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Lisa, children Rachel (Ron) Hobbs, Sarah (William) Anderson, Joseph (Deniz Degirmenci) Warney, Zachary Warney, Timothy Warney, Ari Warney, Isabella Warney, Daisy Warney, grandchildren, Alexis and Alex Lopez, Madison, Sadie and Shelby Hobbs, Alyssa and Summer Anderson, as well as siblings, Wayne (late Donna) Warney, Darlene (Ed) Ranous, Carol Hauck, Kathy (late Franklin) Fitzwater, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services for Charlie will be held privately.

Memorial contributions in his name may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Charlie’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home of Holley, NY.
