Cynthia L. Janus, age 58, died unexpectedly 9/1/17 in United Memorial Medical Center. She was born 5/22/1959 in Barrington, RI to Albert and Zenith DiSano and had lived in this area since 1987. Cindy was a member of Holy Family Parish, was a former member of the Carlton Fire Department for over 10 years and a member and past President of the Carlton Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary for over 15 years. She adored her dogs and cats and also enjoyed playing Candy Crush, knitting, camping, tending to her flowers, going for car rides, playing euchre with Al and Denise Derisley but most of all, loved spending time with her family. Cindy is survived by her husband of 32 years Michael, 3 brothers: Michael, Albert and Steve DiSano all of RI, a step sister: Robin DeSano, sisters-in-law: Lisa DiSano and Elizabeth Janus, brother in law: DavidJanusa close cousin: Lucy Santos, several nieces and nephews as well as her beloved fur-babies: Haley, Hannah, Oscar, Tabitha and Samantha. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 West Avenue-Albion, THURSDAY 2-4, 7-9. Family and friends are invited to meet at Holy Family Parish-St. Joseph’s Church FRIDAY at 10 a.m. for Cindy’s Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
