Obituary of David E. Anderson (ALBION)
David E. Anderson, age 83, formerly of Ridge Road, died 5/22/11 in the Batavia Veterans Administration Medical Center following a long illness. David was born 4/15/1928 in Tupper Lake, NY to David F. and Lucy Belle(Vosburgh)Anderson and had lived in this area since 1962. Mr. Anderson was a US Navy and US Army Veteran of WWII, and had attended Sienna College prior to joining the Navy. He was a member of the Kendall Masonic Lodge #731, and the Rochester Carpenters Union Local #258. David enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing. Dave and Kay spending the summers in the Adirondacks at Auger Lake and wintered in Florida following his retirement where he was a State Shuffleboard Champion. The family expresses their sincere gratitude to Dr. Maller, Rose Terry and the caring staff of the Oak Lodge Batavia VA for all their kindness and compassion.
