David DiLaura

Albion: David DiLaura, age 69, passed away March 14, 2022 at the Martin Linsin Hospice Residence. He was born November 21, 1952 in Albion to the late Ellis and Catherine (Aina) DiLaura.

David was a proud recipient of the 20 year Longevity of Participation in Arc award. He loved listening to music and going for boat rides. David was very fond of the Italian cookies his mother would make and bring to the residents of the home that he lived at for many years. Living on King St., his roommates and caregivers were like family to David and his family. They provided such great care and support to David over the years.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Suzanne Wells.

David is survived by his sister, Mary (Tom Schleicher) Bullock, brother-in-law, Robert Wells, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

There are no prior calling hours. A graveside service will be held at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, East Ave in Albion on Thursday, March 17th at 11:00am.

David’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home, Albion, NY.
