Obituary of Delores Davis Albion: Delores N. Davis age 91, formerly of Waterport, died October 12, 2013 at The Villages of Orleans. She was born February 26, 1922 in Doddridge County West Virginia a daughter of the late Howard and Dora Belle (Harbert) Powell and had lived here since 1941. Delores was a member of Gaines Carlton Community Church. She enjoyed crafts, crocheting, cross stitch and making quilts. She was predeceased by her husband Rex. She is survived by her sons, Dennis W. (Lorraine) Davis of Medina, Ronald D. (Patricia) Davis of Holley; daughter, Sharon K. Williams of N. Carolina; 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Izetta Stevens of W. Virginia.
The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 W. Avenue Albion, Monday from 12:00-1:00, where her Funeral Service will follow at 1:00pm. Interment will be Monday at 3:00pm at Falls Cemetery in Greece. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Visitation
