Obituary of Diane Irene Patterson Diane Irene Patterson of Middleport passed away Saturday, March 8, 2014 at the Medina Memorial Healthcare System following a long illness. Mrs. Patterson was born in Buffalo, NY on February 15, 1929 daughter of the late Frank and Irene (Merginhagen) Busch. She was a homemaker and has lived in Middleport for the past five years. She was a seamstress and made clothing for all of her family and she also enjoyed quilting. She was predeceased by her husband Alfred Hayes Patterson in l985 and by a daughter Tracey I. Wheeler. She is survived by three sons and two daughters Thomas F. Patterson of Middleport, Patrick H. (Susan) Patterson of Cheektowaga, Roger L. (Denise) Patterson of Orchard Park, Diane M. (Robert) Millett of Virginia and Dawn Patterson of N. Carolina. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and 5 greatgrandchildren. "Mom, we will all miss you!" There will be no prior visitation.
