Donald Reamer Bloomingdale

Obituary of Donald Reamer Bloomingdale Don was married to the late Jean Marie Wheatley in 1946 at St. Charles Borromeo R. C. Church in Olcott. Jean died July 4, 1997. Don was a World War II Army Veteran who served in Germany from 1943-1946. He worked at Harrison Radiator in Lockport as an inspector retiring in 1974. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Don was also a craftsman who made jewelry and did leather work. Surviving Don are his children: Carey (Sharon) Bloomingdale, Donna (Howard) Simard, Jack (Cheryl) Bloomingdale and Diane (Thomas Behe) Bloomingdale. Brother of the late: Glenna Proctor. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend visitation at the Sherrie-Bream Funeral Home, 4521 Main Street, Gasport, on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 from 6-9 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at 11:00 am from the funeral home with interment to follow at Huskey Cemetery.
