Obituary of Donald L. Brett Albion: Donald L. Brett, age 65, passed away unexpectedly November 19, 2017. He was born December 5, 1951 in Brush Valley, PA., a son of the late John and Edna (Clark) Brett. Donald was employed for 17 years at the Town of Clarkson. He enjoyed working on tractors and tinkering on things, but most of all loved spending time with his grandchildren and family. He married the love of his life, Marlene on August 11, 1973 and spent the next 44 loving years together. In addition to his wife Marlene, Donald is survived by his sons, Timothy Brett, Wayne (Nicole) Brett; sister, Donna (Thomas) Matteson; grandsons, Tyler and Kyle as well as several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home, Inc. 21 W. Avenue, Albion, on Friday November 24th, from 10:00am-12:00pm, followed by a Celebration of Don’s Life at 12:00pm. Interment will take place in Otter Creek Cemetery with full military honors.
