Donald G. Laemmerhirt, age 75 of Allen Road, died February 23, 2006 in Medina Memorial Hospital following a long illness. He was born in Buffalo, New York October 2, 1930 to Harrison and Amelia(Specht)Laemmerhirt and had lived in this area for 18 years. Donald was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict serving as a Medic. He was a member of the American Legion, UAW #774, worked for GM at the Tonawanda Engine plant for 31 years retiring in January of '92, and enjoyed bowling.
