Obituary of Dorothy M Skellen Brockport-
Dorothy M. Skellen, 98, formerly of Holley, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 18, 2014. She was born in Buffalo, NY the daughter of Peter and Wilhamena Dietrich and has been a lifetime resident of this Area. She was employed at TJ Lipton Company and was a former member of The Rebekah Lodge of Albion, the Clarendon Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary and Disciples United Methodist Church. She was predeceased by husbands Dwayne Bartlett in 1969 and Donald Skellen in 2003. She is survived by Daughter Dolores (Mack) Rudman-Gath; 3 Grandchildren, Melody (Larry) Williams, Deanne (Joe) Porter, Robert (Stephanie) Rudman; 3 Great Grandchildren; Stepdaughters, Stella Mowers, Louise Harvey, Ruby Skellen; Nieces and Nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter Patricia Austin; grandson Edwin; and a sister Lillian Moy. There are no calling hours. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service on Friday, May 30, 2014 at 4:30pm at Merrill-Grinnell Funeral Home, 39 Geddes St. Holley, with Pastor Linda Haight officiating. Interment will be on Saturday at 10am at Hillside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American .
