Dorothy Louise Strickland

Obituary of Dorothy Louise Strickland Dorothy L. Strickland went to be home with our Lord on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at her home. Dorothy was born in Medina November 8, 1920 a daughter of the late Valentine and Marion Waters. She grew up in Medina the oldest of 13 brothers and sisters and graduated from Medina High School. Dorothy and her husband, George Ivan Strickland, were married on May 3, 1941. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved to cook, bake and draw. She loved being with her family. Dorothy was a member of the Carlton United Methodist Church.
