Dorothy E. Uderitz

Obituary of Dorothy E. Uderitz (Albion) Dorothy E. Uderitz age 95 died December 27, 2013 at Medina Memorial Hospital. She was born September 19, 1918 in the Town of Clarkson, a daughter of the late Edward and Louise (Button) Quackenbush and had lived in the WNY area most of her life. Dorothy had worked as a Manager for Stanley Home Products for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family; especially her grandchildren and loved going to the mountains. She was predeceased by her husband Theodore in 1998; her grandson Scott Jedrosko and her brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children Meleese Twichell of KY, Ronald (Cynthia) Uderitz of Wilson, Sharon (John) Jedrosko of Olean, Don (Janelle) Uderitz of Albion; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters Flossie (Clifford) Plane of Pittsford, Arlene Gallo of San Diego CA; sister-in-law Myra Quackenbush of Mumford NY; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 W. Ave. Albion Tuesday December 31st 11:00am-1:00pm where her Funeral Service will follow at 1:00pm.
