Edward L. Salvatore

Obituary of Edward L. Salvatore Edward L. Salvatore age 89 died February 21, 2020 at his home following a short illness. He was born June 24, 1930 in Albion a son of the late Angelo and Victoria (Schiavone) Salvatore and had lived in this area most of his life. Ed had served in the US Navy. He retired from Kodak, served as Mayor for the Village of Albion, and had been the Chairman of the Albion Republican Committee. Ed was a lifetime member of the Albion Fire Department and served as Fire Chief for many years. He enjoyed boating and fishing. Ed is survived by his loving friend Betty Passarell; his sons Edward (Claire), Steven (Karen), Michael (Paulette), James; grandchildren Emily, Valerie, Justin, Victoria, Alexander, Samantha, James; 9 great-grandchildren. Services and Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made to the organization of one’s choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. Albion.
