Obituary of Eileen Seaman Hilfiker Clarendon: Eileen Seaman Hilfiker age 80, passed away December 16, 2016 at United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia following a long illness. She was born June 10, 1936 in Troutburg NY a daughter of the late Martin and Helen (Crego) Seaman. Elieen graduated in 1953 from Kendall High School and was a former employee of Wegmans in Brockport. Mrs. Hilfiker was a former 4H leader and was instrumental in helping to establish the Eastern Orleans Community Center and also helped to select the landscaping at Holley High School. Eileen enjoyed making quilts, cooking and was an accomplished seamstress.
Predeceased by her sister Sally Seaman. Elieen is survived by her husband William; children, Doreen (David) Clark of Clarendon, William Jr. (Brenda) Hilfiker of Clarendon, Donna (Randy) Wilcox of E. Shelby and Laura (Gerard) Driesel of Lyndonville; grandchildren, Jason (Cristina) Clark, Merri (Bert) Mathes, Joseph (Trisha) Clark, Tammy (Jeff) Stevens, Amanda (Maro) Avallone, RJ (Kelly) Wilcox, Robert Wilcox, Sally Driesel (fiancé, Geoffrey), Christopher (Janelle) Driesel; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Elaine Cameron of OH, Martin (Dorothy) Seaman of CA., Steven (Mary) Seaman of W. Kendall, Susan (Jim) Zornow of Webster, Timothy (Teresa) Seaman of Newfane; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Eileen’s Memorial Service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Holley, 34 E. Albion St. Tuesday December 27, at 11:00am. Interment in the spring at Lakeside Cemetery in Hamlin. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd. Rochester, NY 14620 or the American Lung Association,
