Elio L. Spada

Obituary of Elio L. Spada Elio L. Spada age 91 died March 30, 2010 at St. John's Home. He was born in Albion March 6, 1919 a son of the late Luigi & Ida (Belli) Spada and had lived in Albion all of his life. He was a member of Holy Family Parish-St. Joseph's Church. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corp Military Police during WW II in the European Theater. "Spotter" got his nickname for his skill in playing pool. He enjoyed playing golf and was an avid bowler. "Al" as he was also known, also enjoyed painting, drawing and listening to big band music. He was a former employee of Delco Products.
