Elizabeth Capacci

Obituary of Elizabeth Capacci (ALBION) Elizabeth Capacci age 76, died March 5, 2009. She was born May 22, 1932 in Albion a daughter of the late Nunzio & Rose (Piazza) Spalla. She was a very active member of Holy Family Parish-St. Joseph's Church and the Catholic Daughters. Liz served on the Town of Gaines Planning Board, Prison Board, the Child Welfare Committee and numerous other civic organizations. She was a Registered Nurse and was employed by the Albion Central School, the former Arnold Gregory Memorial Hospital in Albion and St. Jerome's Hospital in Batavia. Liz was an insurance rep. and her and her late husband were co-owners of Paganelli Agencies in Albion and Oak Orchard Lanes in Albion for many years. Liz was a member of the Garrett Card Club and enjoyed playing cards once a week with her friends and going to the casino.
