Obituary of Elsie Palmer Elsie M. Palmer age 89 died November 17, 2012 at Orchard Manor Nursing Home following a long illness. She was born June 27, 1923 in Kendall, a daughter of the late Frederick and Lillian (Ball) Frank and had lived in this area all of her life. Elsie loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Lloyd in 1977; son David in 1999; grandson Philip Palmer ; daughter-in-law Terry Palmer; brothers Arthur Frank, John Frank; sisters Winifred Aumock, Leona Hart, Mabel Morrow, Irene Bell. She is survived by her sons Robert (Carol) Palmer of FL, Howard (Marcia) Palmer of Albion, Dennis (Linda) Palmer of Lyndonville, John (Susan) Palmer of TX; her daughter Christine (Robert) Heideman of Lyndonville; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces nephews and cousins. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Visitation
