Obituary of Elvis Charles Elvis Charles, 47, passed away January 21, 2013 after a battle with pancreatic cancer. Elvis owned and operated his construction company, Elvis Charles Co. for 19 years. He is survived by his children, Zachari Charles and Emily Charles of Fayetteville NY; his partner, Stephen (Flint) Charles; mother of his children, Tracy Norton of Fayetteville NY.
