Esther A. Gabrys

(Gasport) Esther A. Gabrys, passed away on Friday March 28th 2025. She was born on June 10th 1935 and was the daughter of the late Michael and Anna (stank) Drotter.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Joseph Gabrys whom she married on August 21, 1954 and were happily married for 69 years; her son Gary J Gabrys; her brothers Albert (Gladys) and John (Mildred).

Esther enjoyed spending time with her kids, grandkids and great grandkids, cooking, baking and knitting. In her younger days she was a great bowler.

She survived by her sons Joseph (Cynthia) Gabrys, Timothy (Veronica) Gabrys; daughter in law Lori Gabrys; grandchildren Heather, Kelly, Justin, Steven, Hallie (Lance) and James; great grandchildren, Cameron, Morgan, Rebekah, Nathaniel, Esther, Bryson, Lincoln, Kora, Lydia, Jayden as well as several nieces and nephews.

Due to donating her body to science, the celebration of life will be held at a later date.
