Fay A. "Loomis" Gladding

Obituary of Fay A. (Loomis) Gladding Holley: Fay A. Gladding, 84, passed away at the Villages of Orleans on February 11, 2018. She was born November 23, 1933 in Potsdam, NY a daughter of the late Leon and Ethel (Richards) Loomis. Fay will be remembered for being outspoken and her love of crocheting, word search and video gaming. She was predeceased by her husband, Elson in 1999; brother, Bernard, sister, Ruth Garrow and daughter, Martita Gladding. She is survived by her children, Elizabeth (John Whiteman) Gladding of MA, Anita (Steven) Quarantello of Holley, Francis (Sylvia) Loomis of Messena, Shelley Caswell of Schuylerville and Chrystal (John) Quilliam of W. Chazy; sister, Virginia Loomis of Norwood and brother, Harold (Madonna) Loomis of Norwood; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 16650 State Route 31 Holley, on Wednesday February 21, 2018 from 4:00-6:00. Services and interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
