Obituary of Frank P. Formicola Frank P. Formicola age 88 of Holley, died February 27, 2013 at Lakeside Memorial Hospital. He was born August 28, 1924 in Rochester a son of the late Joseph & Mary Formicola. Frank served in the US Army during WW II and was a member of the Jewell Buckman Post #529 American Legion and St. Mary's Church. He was a former employee of Owens-Illinois Inc. in Brockport and a former Trustee for the Village of Holley. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Fedora in 1998; sisters, Anne, Carrie; brother, Albert. Frank is survived by his daughters, Roxann (Kim) Hinkley, Mary Beth (Marc) MacClaren both of Holley; grandchildren, Melissa (Charlie) Kinsey, Kevin Hinkley, Alex Hinkley, Robert MacClaren, Casey MacClaren; great-granddaughters, Rebecca, Rachel, Elizabeth, Emma Kinsey; sister, Rose Capezzuto; brother, Sam (Louise) Formicola; sister-in-law, Louise Lusk; God Son, Mark Lusk; brothers-in-law, Michael (Pat) DeFilipps, David (Mary Ellen) DeFilipps, Eddie DeFilipps; dear friend, Richard Cary; several nieces, nephews, cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 16650 W. Albion Rd. (Rte.31) Holley, Sunday from 3:00-6:00. Frank's Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Church, Monday at 10:00, followed by full military honors. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in the spring.
