Obituary of Frank R. Henley Frank R. Henley of Middleport passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at his home. Mr. Henley was born in Lockport on June 19, 1958 son of Jeanette (Maloney) Henley and the late Robert F. Henley. He lived in Lockport then moved to Middleport 28 years ago. He was a graduate of Lockport High School and he and his wife Judy (Neace) Henley were married May 14, 1988. He served in the US Navy from 1976 to l980 and was employed as a supervisor for Teale Machine Shop in Rochester, NY. Mr. Henley enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife Judy L. Henley, one son Victor R. Henley (fiance Brianna LaBlanc) of Middleport, his Mother Jeanette Henley of Lockport. Also surviving are his siblings Susan (Alfredo) Figueroa of Lockport, Daniel (Kim) Henley of Middleport, Pamela (Michael) Rice of Cuba, NY and Steven Henley of Pennsylvania and several nieces and nephews. There will be no prior visitation. Friends and relativse are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Monday, January 14, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St., Middleport. The Rev.
