Obituary of Gail E. Bowen Gail E. Bowen age 68 died January 25, 2017 at Unity Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 28, 1948 in Albion, a daughter of the late Sherwood and Ethelyn (Kennedy) Clark and had lived in this area all of her life. Gail had worked at Owens Illinois in Brockport for many years and after it had closed she went to work as a Nurse’s Aide at Lakeside Beikirch Nursing Home. She loved scrap booking, puzzles and collecting light houses; but most of all she loved spending time with her family. Gail is survived by her companion Don Knapp of Holley; her daughter Denise (Curt Cook) Watts of Wyoming NY; grandchildren Colt Schleede and Morgan (Jason) Gerety; her siblings Sandra (Richard) Moy of Clarendon, Terry (Shirley) Clark of Albion, David (Doreen) Clark of Clarendon, Leonard Clark of Clarendon, Patricia (Michael Colletti) Clark of Churchville, Carl (Nancy) Clark of S. Byron and several nieces, nephews and cousins. There are no prior calling hours. Her Memorial Service will be held Wednesday February 1st at 11:00am at the First Presbyterian Church of Holley. Her burial will take place at a later date in Hillside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Orleans County Cornell Cooperative Extension, 12690 State Rt. 31 Albion NY 14411 or to VFW Post #202 of Holley, 8 Veterans Dr. Holley NY 14470.
