Obituary of Gary B. Heineman Gary B. Heineman”Chow Dog”, age 55 of Gasport formerly of Lime Lake, entered into rest on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport. Born September 3, 1955 in Buffalo, he was the son of the late Bruce F. and Gladys (Heim) Heineman. Gary had worked in maintenance at Conrail in Buffalo, NY for 15 years. He was a graduate of Royalton Hartland School District. He enjoyed fishing, camping, boating and music. He is survived by his siblings: Holly (Lenny) Almeter of Arcade, Rhonda (Sid) Dunn of Niagara Falls, Kim Poehlman of Akron, Bonnie (Wade) Caleb of Gasport and Heather Heineman of Lockport. He was predeceased by a sister, the late Lisa Miles. Several nieces and nephews also survive him. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at 11:00 am from the Zion Lutheran Church, 4447 Central Avenue, Gasport, NY 14067 with the Reverend Rodney Klinzing officiating.
