Obituary of Gary Walker Spencerport: Gary D. Walker age 77, died July 22, 2013. He was born February 29, 1936 in Rochester a son of the late Donald & Dorothy (Lamberton) Walker. Gary was a retiree of Rochester Telephone and had served in the U.S. Navy Seabees. He enjoyed reading, going to his grandsons baseball games, his vegetable garden and was also an avid Lapidarian. Most of all Gary enjoyed spending time with his family.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Gina Scheg. He is survived by his children, Kim Walker Sherry of Greece, Shawn Walker of Brighton, Todd (Angela) Walker of Webster; 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; siblings, Donald and Nancy; nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 16650 W. Albion Rd. (Route 31) HOLLEY, Friday from 4:00-7:00, where his Funeral Service will follow calling at 7:00pm.
