George Dawson

Obituary of George Dawson Age 95, died July 27, 2012 at Lakeside Memorial Hospital. He was born February 21, 1917 in Albion a son of the late Arthur & Gladys (Moy) Dawson. George was a member of the F&AM Renovation Lodge #97 and a member of the Albion First Baptist Church for over 55 years. He served in the US Army Combat Engineers in the European theater during WW II. He was a former employee of General Railway Signal Co. in Rochester, retiring in 1981.
He was predeceased by his first wife Shirley. He is survived by his wife Olive; daughter Darla Curry of Albion, William (Diane) Dawson of Brockport; grandchildren Tyler Dawson, Linda Dawkins, Rodney (Alesia) Behrend, several great-grandchildren.

Monday from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00. Services
Tuesday at the Funeral Home at 1:00. Interment
Interment in Mt. Albion Cemetery with full military honors.
