Obituary of Gerald Court Jr. Gerald R. Court Jr. age 79 died October 19, 2012 at Medina Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness. He was born October 9, 1933 in Rochester, a son of the late Gerald R. Sr. and Ann (Welch) Court and had lived in this area most of his life. Gerald had served in the U.S. Marine Corps. during Korea, from 1952-1961. He was a member of the Albion Sheret Post #35 American Legion and also the American Legion and VFW in Rochester. He had worked as a salesman for Metropolitan for several years then owned and operated Court Service Stations around the Rochester area for 20 years. After, he opened Oatka Restaurant in Chili. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church and had helped head up the Stroke Support Group in Orleans County. He loved to read, hunt and spend time with his family. He is survived by his children Scott (Rhoda) Sr. of Rochester, Donna Haight of Albion, Patricia (Lee) Cross of Livonia, Douglas (Kelly) Sr. of Chili, Kevin (Deena) of Ft. Lauderdale FL; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren with one on the way; mother of his children Carol A. Court of FL; several nieces, nephews and cousins. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Hospice of Orleans or Orleans County Veterans Administration. Visitation

His Funeral Service will follow calling hours at 12:00pm with full Military Honors. Interment
