Geraldine Brooks

Obituary of Geraldine Brooks Clarendon: Geraldine E. Brooks age 86, died suddenly July 5, 2014. She was born March 17, 1928 in Albion, a daughter of the late Dwight and Agnes (Hess) Radner. Geraldine lived in this area all her life and was a member of the Clarendon Home Bureau. She enjoyed playing BINGO at the Clarendon Recreation Hall and many years ago was a Volunteer Fire Phone Operator for the Clarendon Fire Co. Geraldine was an avid flower gardener and also enjoyed crocheting, feeding and watching birds.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert, April 20, 2014; sister, Darrell Wadhams-Boyle. She is survived by her daughter, Jackie Mahnke of Clarendon; son, David (Chris) Brooks of Clarendon; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Jack Boyle of Albion; several nieces,nephews,cousins.
No prior calling hours. Geraldine's graveside service will be held at Mt. Albion Cemetery, Tuesday July 8, at 12:00 (enter at west gate). Memorials may be made to the Clarendon Fire Co. P.O Box 136, Clarendon NY 14429. Visitation
